How can I check the status of my order?


To check the status of the order, click on "My account" located in the side navigation. Enter your username and password (if you do not have one, please contact customer service with your ID # invoice). Finally, click on the button "Order status".



Do I need to provide additional documentation after my order?



Each order is subject to be reviewed by our Verification Department and additional information may be requested by La dolce vita for fraud protection purposes or a small load verification will be done:



Small Verification Load



Credit cards may require a specialized procedure that helps us verify the identity of the cardholder. When placing an order at Ladolcevitashop.com, you agree to a possible small charge, reimbursable for such verification.

The Small Load Verification procedure works like this:

1. If an additional verification is required, we will send an e-mail to verify and confirm your order and you can follow the link and the instructions provided.

2. We will charge a small amount to your credit card (usually less than $ 3.00), which will be returned amount immediately after verification.

3. You will have to check your credit card account to see how much has been charged and then let us know through the link provided in the verification email, e-mail info@ladolcevitashop.com

4. If your answer matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after you.


All the verification emails La dolce vita are safe and will come from the email address info@ladolcevitashop.com.

To help speed up the verification process, please respond quickly to our verification email.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?



Your order will be sent in the order in which it is received. All items are sent directly from the provider. If you have ordered from multiple brands you will receive a separate package from each brand. Orders are shipped within 7-10 days. You will receive your package approximately 3 to 5 business days after that - unless it is an international shipment.

You can check the status of the order at any time by logging into your La dolce vita account.


How can I track my order once it has been sent?



A tracking number is sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access this information from your account.

This email will contain your tracking information that includes the tracking number and shipping method.

It can take up to 24 hours before a tracking number has been registered in the system and shows the tracking information.



Why was my order canceled?



It is possible that you have placed a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure you will not be charged twice.

You may have failed to respond, in a timely manner, to an important email. Often, these types of messages refer to the verification of your information, or complete the payment.

If you have any questions about your canceled order, please contact us with your name and invoice ID #.



Do I have to pay for the return of my items?



Yes, you are responsible for getting your item (s) back to the corresponding store.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If the packages are not registered in the warehouse and they do not have the tracking of the return, they can not be processed.


When I request an exchange, the article will be put on hold by me?



When the exchange is configured we place your item on hold. Even though we try to maintain your item, we can not 100% guarantee that our store will be able to successfully maintain your item so we suggest you send your item back as soon as possible.


How long will it take for my return to be processed?



Once we have received your return in our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.


Can I receive a refund if I can return an item?



Yes, but only if your return request is made within 30 days of your original order.

Items for sale are NOT eligible for refunds.



Can I return a pair of shoes?



Yes, if there is a defect or the shoe is not worn and within the parameters of our return policy.

All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box.

Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in some way.


Can I return the underwear or swimsuit?



La dolce vita does not accept swimsuits or returns of underwear.

The only exception will be to return will be the items that have the packaging intact and unopened.


How do I use a gift certificate that has been given to me?


After receiving your gift certificate, start shopping at ladolcevitashop.com!

During the payment, enter your gift certificate in the gift certificate box. If you have received the gift certificate via email, the code must have been sent in that email. If you have received a printed gift certificate, the code must have been written on the certificate by the person who gave you the gift.

Gift certificates can not be exchanged for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund.

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, check, PayPal or money order.
