1. Shipping


All orders made at www.ladolcevitashop.com will be sent by post. Within 48/72 hours

For purchases of more than 100€, shipments will be made postage paid, as long as their destination is within the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands.

For orders less than 100€, the shipping costs will be €, For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the shipping costs will be proportional to the weight or volume of the package. Consult shipments at Info@ladolcevitashop.com

We will do our best to ensure the reliability of www.ladolcevitashop.com and ensure that all products are available as shown, however from time to time there may be inventory errors that affect the availability of an item.


2. Returns



We offer a period of 28 days for possible returns. If you wish to return a product, for any reason, please do so within this period of time either for a full refund or exchange. This term begins the day you receive the product.

How to proceed with the return?

Before the cancellation period expires, you must return the receipt to La Dolce Vita Shop. It is sufficient that before the expiration date make the delivery of the return in Correos or another company. To ensure that you cancel it on time, keep the receipt of the delivery that is delivered to Correos or any other carrier.

In case of error in shipping we offer FREE RETURNS on all products. Through your email we will send you the delivery note that you will stick in the package, leaving it in the post office they will take care of the rest. Please be sure to return your unused goods, as received, with all their packaging and labels. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returned items must be sent inside a box or bag to protect the original packaging of the product at the following address:

It will take 7 days to refund the amount of the order from the date on which the product has been delivered to our warehouses.
