Shipping and delivery
- You can see the estimated delivery time in the basket after adding the desired item.
- After selecting your country and shipping method desired, it will show the time of delivery.
- We ship all orders made until 18pm Monday to Friday daily. (18h GMT +1)
- Attention: If you pay by bank transfer, we send your order after receiving payment. Note that the transfer may take up to 3 business days to clear . More information about the payment.

Why I have not received a shipping confirmation?
Shipping confirmation with link package tracking you arrive between 18:30 and 19: 30h. If you have not received the e-mail until then:
- check your spam folder because you may have ended up there.
- checks the e-mail indicated, maybe there's a typo.
- check that your inbox has enough space to receive messages.
Attention : If you paid by bank transfer, please note that a transfer can take up to 3 business days to clear . Then the shipping confirmation will come later, your order is not sent immediately.
When your order is shipped, you can have a look at shipping or tracking your order from "My Account" .
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
- Please note that we have no influence on the delivery time.
- In the event that the dealer try to deliver when you are not present, will leave a notification letter. With this letter you will arrange a new delivery or find information to receive the package. You can probably pick up at the office nearest post.
When your order is shipped, you can have a look at shipping or tracking your order from "My Account" .
What I can do if I have not received a notification letter?
If you have not received a notification letter:
- Contact DHL / nearest post office indicating your No shipping since it is possible that your package is ready for pickup. You can collect your ID package presenting a written authorization or receiver and a copy of your ID.

How I can change my delivery address?
- If you have already completed the order, call or write . If possible, we change the delivery address for you. Please note that packed your order as quickly as possible and that a late change in your address book will not change the delivery address.
- If you have not yet completed the order, you can change the delivery address in the ordering process or before ordering in your address book.
