1. 100 days of right of withdrawal



You can return items purchased on our page during the 100 days following the delivery of your order and without the need to indicate reasons. Depending on your preference, we can refund your money or use it for an exchange request - for example, an exchange to another size or another item.



2. Is the return free?



In the case of being a return generated by an error in our management will be totally FREE. The return costs for size changes or errors generated by the customer are on their own. We recommend using the Blue Post Package service that has a very low cost to return the item, we will send you the correct size or the item requested by Correos with a € 6 cash on delivery.



3. How can I return something?



The items should be as new and in their original packaging and boxes. Please do not throw away the labels and use the package in which you received the order, so that the manufacturer's packaging is not damaged. Remove all other labels and all barcodes that appear on the outside of the package, to make sure it reaches the correct destination. Take the package to the nearest post office. Please do not throw away the shipping receipt until you receive an email confirming receipt of your return. You can check the return status of your return on the page of your transport provider, by entering the tracking number.



4. What will happen to my balance?



After having received and processed your return, we will comply with the desire indicated in your comments. In your comments you can indicate if you want us to credit your balance to your customer account, if you want to receive a refund or if you want us to use your balance for an exchange request. 5. How long is a refund?



If we have your bank details, the balance resulting from orders paid by bank transfer or SOFORT-Banking will be refunded within 10 days. The balance resulting from orders paid with PayPal or credit card will be reimbursed to the same PayPal account or to the credit card. In the event that your refund reaches us after 60 days (PayPal) or 6 weeks (Credit card), we will need your bank details to be able to reimburse you for the money (this is due to technical reasons beyond our control).



6. Will my coupon remain valid after the return?



If you return something and you no longer arrive at the minimum value to ask for the coupon to be valid, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the total to be reimbursed. If you make an exchange and return to the minimum value of the coupon, we will credit the discount again.



7. What is the status of my return?



If according to the package tracking your return has already been delivered to us, we will process it within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.



8. How can I claim something?


If you want to claim a defective product you can inform us by phone at 976 29 89 70 or by writing to info@ladolcevitashop.com. You can also proceed directly to make the return. Please describe the defects in your email so that we can process your claim as quickly as possible. You can also tell us if you want to receive an exchange for the same / another product, a refund of your money or a credit to your customer account.
